Simran Randhawa graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and obtained his license to practice law in the State of California in 2015. Simran has experience in Estate Planning, Immigration Law, and Real Estate Law. Prior to forming Randhawa | Hundal LLP, Simran had a solo-practice, the Law Office of Simran Randhawa. Prior to starting his own practice, Simran worked at an estate planning law firm in Roseville, CA. While at McGeorge, Simran participated as a volunteer student attorney for the McGeorge Immigration Clinic as well as the Administrative Adjudication Clinic.


Prior to obtaining his legal education at McGeorge, Simran attended University of California, Davis (UC Davis). Simran obtained his B.S. in Managerial Economics in 2011 and subsequently enrolled at McGeorge shortly thereafter. Simran is currently licensed to practice law in the state of California. He is also admitted to practice law in federal courts falling in the Eastern District.

Simran has lived in the Roseville area for most of his life. He attended nearby Woodcreek High School and graduated in 2007. Simran’s family has been active in the greater Sacramento community for many years.

In 1992, Simran’s father, Dr. Parm Randhawa, formed a non-profit organization, Koh-i-noor Club, in an effort to help the less fortunate — locally and internationally. His father also formed CSP Labs and Micro Paradox, two local businesses that currently employ over 50 employees.

Simran is currently married to his lovely wife, Susan.
